I couldn't be happier with the experience and his methods of teaching as he was patient, supportive, and explained everything clearly which quickly built my confidence. The course was very well structured and made learning to drive fun. Thanks to his teaching I passed my driving test and got my licence before university. Zahir's calm and composed approach not only settled my daughters confidence but it also boosted her to become an improved and confident driver, this is all down to Zahir's fantastic approach and simplistic methodology toward learning to drive. I am forever grateful for all the support he gave me; he is the reason I passed my driving test first time! He is an incredible instructor who doesn't just teach you how to pass your test, but how to drive safely and confidently for life. To be completely honest, I was a seriously anxious wreck and had gone through several driving instructors before starting lessons with him. From the very beginning, he put me at ease. He helped build my confidence and knowledge to a level I didn’t think was possible. Learning to drive has been a complete rollercoaster journey for me, and he has by far been the most encouraging, motivating, and incredibly patient instructor I have had. Zahir was my instructor, and from our very first phone call, I thought, "This guy can't be real, he's far too confident." As someone with diagnosed anxiety, that actually made me more nervous. However, once I met him on 6th December 2025, I quickly understood why he was so confident: he genuinely knows what he's doing. Zahir is patient, professional, punctual, honest, and incredibly supportive. He took the time to understand my needs, strengths, and areas that caused me anxiety, then tailored every lesson to help me improve and build confidence. I often struggled with processing multiple instructions at once, but he always found a way to make things clear and manageable. Before meeting Zahir, I never enjoyed driving as it made me anxious and stressed. After a few lessons, I felt more relaxed behind the wheel than I ever thought possible. He believed in me even when I didn't believe in myself, and his honesty gave me complete trust in his judgment. The day before my test, he could sense my anxiety and reassured me that I was ready. He was right—I passed first time in Shirley, Birmingham on May 11th 2026. I cannot recommend Zahir and Pass U Now highly enough. As someone with anxiety and ADHD, I couldn't have asked for a better instructor. He didn't just help me pass my test; he helped me become a safe and confident driver. He’s really patient and explains everything properly, so if you make a mistake he talks you through it and makes sure you understand it for next time.
